Weekend Prices
Friday

Hourly Rental Prices
Friday and Saturday are reserved for full day rentals.
Sunday – Thursday hourly rental $150 per hour,
minimum 3 hours up to maximum 5 hours (more than 5 hours is considered a full day price).
All hourly rentals still have to pay a $500 refundable damage deposit and $100 cleaning costs.
Booking & Deposit Info for all Events:
Extra hours $100 per hour more.
50% due at time of booking, remaining balance due 2 months prior to the event.
$500 damage deposit 2 month prior to the event. Will be refunded 2 to 4 business days (either mail or pick up) after your event and no damage has been done.
$200 cleaning charge includes breakdown of tables and chairs, sweeping and mopping, cleaning the restrooms, bridal and groomsmen’s rooms, and cleaning the outside and parking lot. Due 1 week before the event.
Alcohol permit insurance must be provided 1 week before your event.
We offer a 10% discount for non-profit organization events and school events.
Every OutSide Barn Rental Includes:

- 1 hour rehearsal (Friday-Sunday weddings)

- (13) 60″ round white tables (seats 8)
- (13) 6′ rectangle white tables (seats 8)
- (200) black folding chairs
- Handicap accessible restrooms, changing table
- Indoor and outdoor sound system
- Mobile trailer bar
