$300 Cleaning Fee.
24-hour Event Insurance required for all events.
Security is required for all events. You can hire your own security or purchase through us. (please ask for addtional requirements)
Extra hours $150 per hour, maximum 2 hours.
Now offering event assistants – 4 hours minimum – $160.
$40 / hour additional
Rental Includes:
Parking, Prep Kitchen, Bridal & Groomsmen rooms, Outdoor Arbor, 21 60″ round & 13 6′ rectangle tables, 200 chairs, Handicap accessible restrooms, indoor/outdoor sound system, mobile trailer bar, and 1 hour rehearsal for wedding and quinceanera, 200 dinner sitting, 150 dancing.
