Event Pricing

Full-Day Prices for 2025

Booking & Deposit Info:

$500 Refundable Damage Deposit.

$250 Cleaning Fee.

24-hour Event Insurance required if there will be alcohol. Can be obtained through the venue ($200) or through your own insurance.

Extra hours $135 per hour, maximum 2 hours.

Now offering event assistants – 4 hours $140.
$30 / hour additional

Rental Includes:

Parking, Prep Kitchen, Bridal & Groomsmen rooms, Outdoor Arbor, 21 60″ round & 13 6′ rectangle tables, 209 chairs, Handicap accessible restrooms, indoor/outdoor sound system, mobile trailer bar, and 1 hour rehearsal for wedding and quinceanera, 200 dinner sitting, 150 dancing.
