The fees below are not included in the Venue Rental Price:
Refundable Damage Deposit- $500
Cleaning Fee $300
24-hour Event Insurance-$225
Security(Required only if alcohol is being served)-$350
Extra hours-$160 per hour, maximum 2 hours.
Now offering event assistants – 4 hours minimum – $160.
$40 / hour additional
Rental Includes:
Parking, Prep Kitchen, Bridal & Groom suite, 21 – 60″ round & 13 – 6′ rectangle tables, 200 chairs, Handicap accessible restrooms, indoor/outdoor bluetooth sound system with wireless microphones, mobile trailer bar, outdoor fireplace, 1 hour rehearsal for weddings, 200 chairs.
