How many guests will Outside Barn hold?

Up to 200 guests.

Are there any restrictions on decorations? And what is your policy on candles?

To help us maintain the beauty and safety of OutSide Barn, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:

  • No staples, screws, nails, or tape are allowed on any walls, floors, or surfaces.

  • No sand, glitter, confetti, rice, or plastic rose petals are permitted inside or outside the Barn.

  • Command strips may be used to hang decorations on the walls.

  • Candles are allowed inside the Barn only if they are enclosed in glass containers (e.g., votives, lanterns, hurricanes).

  • Flameless (battery-operated) candles are required for all outdoor use.

Do you offer on-site coordination?

No, we don’t offer coordination.

Can we rehearse?

Yes! A 1-hour ceremony rehearsal is included for weddings, and may be scheduled upon request, based on venue availability.

  • Rehearsals must be scheduled at least 15 days prior to your event date.

  • No food or drinks are allowed during the rehearsal.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred time and ensure everything runs smoothly for your big day!

Is there somewhere for the bridal and groom party to get ready?

Yes! We provide private getting-ready spaces for both the bridal party and groomsmen.

Our spacious bridal room includes everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing pre-ceremony experience:

  • Four mirrors with chairs and counter space

  • Full-size mirror

  • Couch and end table

  • Hanging area for dresses and attire

🤵 Groomsmen Room
The groomsmen room offers a laid-back space to unwind and get ready:

  • Couch and end table

  • TV for entertainment

  • Full-size mirror

  • Mini Fridge

  • Hanging area for suits and accessories

Both suites are designed to make your day as stress-free and enjoyable as possible!

Can I hire my own vendors?

Yes, you may select your own vendors. No cooking is allowed inside the prep kitchen.

What is your policy on alcohol?

You are welcome to bring your own alcohol for your event.

  • A licensed bartender is not required.

  • Security is required for all events with alcohol. For consistency and safety,  security services will be provided exclusively through our approved vendor and will be arranged by our team.
  • All alcohol must be served and consumed responsibly
  • Event Insurance

We require all clients to carry day-of event insurance.

  • Insurance is provided exclusively through our approved provider to ensure proper coverage and compliance with venue requirements.

  • Coverage includes required liqour liability and a minimum of $1,000,000 in coverage.

  • Proof of insurance will be provided by our team and included in your event planning process.

This policy helps protect both you and your guests while keeping everyone safe during your celebration.

Can we set up the day before the event?

Yes — we offer two options for early setup access based on your planning needs:

Option 1: Reserve in Advance

If you would like to guarantee access to the venue the day before your event:

  • Cost: $800 + tax for up to 5 hours

  • Must be booked and paid at least 3 months prior to your event date

  • Secures the date exclusively for your setup time

Option 2: Last-Minute Availability

If you prefer to wait and see if the date is still available:

  • Cost: $500 for up to 5 hours

  • May be reserved 2 weeks prior to your event date, only if the day before is still open

Both options offer a great way to ease your setup process and reduce stress before your big day!

Is outside barn, pet friendly?

Yes, with a written approval.

Does my booking with Outside Barn include tables and chairs?

Yes! Your rental at OutSide Barn includes the following:

  • 21 round tables (60″ diameter) — each seats up to 8 guests

  • 13 rectangular tables (6 feet long) — each seats up to 8 guests

  • 200 black folding chairs

Please note:

  • Linens and chair covers are not included and must be provided separately.

Who is responsible for set up and tear down?
  • You are responsible for setting up the space to your liking before your event.

After the event:

  • Tables and chairs may be left in place — no need to tear down.

  • Please ensure that all personal items, décor, and trash are removed before the end of your rental time.

This helps keep things clear and makes sure you’re prepared for setup and cleanup.

What is included in the prep kitchen?

Our prep kitchen is equipped to help you with food preparation and storage, including:

  • Stainless steel prep table

  • Hand wash sink

  • Dish sink

  • Refrigerator/freezer

  • Microwave

  • Soap and paper towels

Please note:

  • No cooking or open flames are allowed inside the prep kitchen.

This space is designed to make your catering and food prep smooth and convenient!

Who is responsible for the cleanup?

A cleaning fee of $300 is included for each event to cover standard cleaning of the venue.

Renters and vendors are responsible for:

  • Removing all personal belongings from the building

  • Taking all food and beverages with them or disposing of them properly by placing trash in bags and tossing them in the dumpster after the event
